Job Role : Counselor, Junior Counsellor

For Counselor –

Education Requirement : Master’s in Psychology/Social Work/relevant disciplines with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade point average) from a recognized University /Institute.

Experience:

09 years of relevant experience as under :-

a) 1 year of Clinical experience in a Mental Health Care and;

b) 8 years experience in the post of a regular full time Counsellor

Desirable:

(i) (b) above should be in an educational institution. (a) and (b) above should be group counseling and individual counseling.

(ii) Excellent Communication skills.

Pay Scale : level 10

Age limit : 45

For Junior Counsellor

Essential:

Master’s in psychology or Social Work, with specialization in Clinical OR Counselling OR Psychotherapy and Graduation in Psychology with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade point average) from a recognized University/ Institute.

Experience:

05 years of relevant experience as under:-

a. 1 year of Clinical experience in a Mental Health Care and;

b. 4 years experience in the post of a full time counsellor.

Desirable:

(i) (b) above should be in an educational institution. (a) and (b) above should be group counseling and individual counseling.

(ii) Excellent communications skills.
