Hello, I am Anurag, a queer-affirmative counselling psychologist based in Bangalore. I believe that each person is capable of overcoming their hurdles with non-judgmental support from a professional, and that every human journey is unique and will require different therapeutic approaches in order to lead a happier, content, and meanigful life. I’m passionate about normalising mental healthcare access and I believe that everybody, regardless of their mental and emotional status, should opt for therapy.
