| Profile Description |
The men and women who find me have usually spent years being competent, responsible, and relied upon. They’re successful by most measures. And they’re exhausted in a way that doesn’t show — in their relationships, in how they feel about themselves, in a quiet sense that something important got lost along the way. If you find yourself cycling through the same relational patterns, over-functioning while quietly depleted, feeling too much or never quite enough, or struggling to express what you need without guilt or shutdown — the issue usually isn’t effort or insight. It lives deeper: in early relational templates, in the body, in how you learned to attach and protect yourself. My work sits at the intersection of developmental trauma, attachment injuries, and high-functioning burnout. I specialize in the complex relational patterns that show up when capable people have been holding too much for too long — particularly men in their mid-30s to early 40s navigating parenthood, relationship strain, career pressure, or a creeping disconnection they can’t quite name. I work equally with women navigating similar terrain. The approach is structured, relational, and paced, not quick fixes. It draws on: Gottman Method (Level 1 & 2, USA) for relational and couples work Trauma-informed somatic and memory reconsolidation work (NICABM, USA) Narrative approaches for reconnecting with identity and story This moves us beyond symptom management into embodied, lasting change. I hold a PhD in Psychology and bring 4,000+ clinical hours to this work, shaped by practice across India and internationally with expats, globally mobile professionals, and diverse populations. I carry a particular sensitivity to the cultural layers that sit beneath relational patterns, the things families pass down without naming them. Alongside individual therapy, I offer clinical supervision and therapist training in relational, attachment-informed, and trauma-sensitive practice, drawing from 600+ hours of advanced clinical training. If you’re a therapist wanting to deepen this specific lens, I’d love to hear from you. If something here resonates, the quiet exhaustion beneath competence, the patterns that keep repeating, the desire for genuine reconnection, book a consultation directly via the button, or send me a message. I’m always happy to have a first conversation.
