Anwesha Bhattacharya – Psychologist
Hello! I’m Anwesha. I’m a psychologist living in India. I have completed my Masters in Psychological Counselling from Montfort College, Bangalore.
I had worked as a trainee counsellor in educational institutes for one year during my training. I have also worked with counselling centres to provide counselling sessions to individuals of different age groups over video, audio and chat modes.
I take an eclectic approach to therapy and incorporate Person-Centred Approach, Cognitive theories and Psychodynamic approach.
I have worked with individuals for concerns related to anxiety issues, stress, lifestyle issues, emotional regulation, career related decision making.
I view therapy as a means for individuals to tap into their existing potential for growth and the ability to be insightful about their life.
I provide sessions in English, Hindi, Bangla, Assamese.
