Hello! I am, Swaathy. I have a master’s degree in counselling psychology, and I have an intense passion for guiding people through the complexity of their emotional and mental wellbeing. I specialize with a focus on trauma-informed counseling, and my eclectic method enables me to customise my interventions to meet the particular needs and circumstances of each client.
My experience covers a broad range of non-clinical problems, including relationship difficulties, self-image problems, stress-related disorders, and other behavioural difficulties. Understanding that every person has a unique set of experiences, strengths, and challenges, it is my mission to provide a safe and encouraging environment in which they can explore their feelings, learn new coping mechanisms, and acquire the skills they need to bring about positive change in their lives.
I believe therapy is a collaborative process that calls for trust, empathy, and respect between both individuals involved. In order to help clients feel heard, understood, and supported as they work towards their goals, I try to create a friendly and nonjudgmental environment.
In general, my goal as a counselling psychologist is to enable people to overcome their obstacles and reach their full potential in order to help them live happier, healthier, and more satisfying lives. To give my clients the finest care possible, I’m committed to continuing my professional development and staying current with the best theories, methods, and techniques in the industry.
