I am an M Phil Rehabilitation Psychology trainee (RCI) and a  counselling  psychologist with a postgraduate degree in psychology from Calicut University, Kerala.

I have worked as a student counselor in the past at an international CBSE school. I have completed a few internships in clinical psychology at psychiatric hospitals and clinics. I have published a few research papers during my postgraduate studies.

I’m also interested in teaching psychology online in an effort to provide students with an informative and engaging learning experience and to increase their understanding of psychological theories and my experiences.

I’m comfortable in three languages: English, Hindi, and Malayalam.

I find myself able to work with individuals who struggle mentally, giving them support and also providing psychoeducation to those who require it, with my skills in communication, empathy, active listening, patience, and report writing.
