Dr. Vikas Singhal is a senior consultant psychiatrist working at EHS. He has been practicing Psychiatry since 2010. Dr. Singhal has obtained his MBBS degree from Government Medical College, Kota, Masters in Medicine, MD (Psychiatry) from All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. He is a licensed member of the Delhi Medical Council and a life fellow of Indian Psychiatric Society. In over a decade of clinical practice, Dr. Singhal has successfully provided medical assistance to patients suffering from problems such as Psychosis, Anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Mood disorders (mania, depression), Substance Abuse, Dementia, etc. Dr. Singhal has been involved in training programmes for general medical practitioners and awareness programmes for the general public related to mental health management and substance misuse prevention and rehabilitation. He has taught mental health and public health courses at different institutes and universities.

Ms. Aarti Shulka is a Counselling Psychologist and has been in this field since 2011. She completed her MSc in Clinical Psychology from Priest University, Mumbai in 2011 and BA – Psychology from the University of Delhi in 2009.

She has worked and attained her training and experience from various hospitals and non-profit organizations. She works with clients on issues pertaining to Anxiety, Depression, sleep-related disorders, emotional dysregulations, crisis management, and trauma amongst the few.
